RETURNS & REFUNDS

Lunaria is a small, one-person shop, so the return policy is straightforward. Here's how it works depending on what you ordered.

Used Books

Used books are final sale. Dog-Eared books are priced to reflect their condition — highlights, annotations, and all. No surprises, no returns.

The one exception: if you receive the wrong item, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

New Books

New books are purchased through Bookshop.org and fulfilled directly by them. For returns, exchanges, or issues with a new book order, you'll need to contact Bookshop.org directly through your order confirmation email.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email noreply@lunariabookshop.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll sort it out from there.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, we'll send you the return shipping address along with instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
